The North Gate Plaza offering includes two multi-tenant retail buildings totaling 21,207± square feet. These buildings are part of a large community shopping center anchored by State Foods Supermarket. A recently remodeled McDonald’s occupies a pad in the shopping center, which is not included in the sale. Many of the long term tenants include Subway, Advance America, Sanger Dental, and DiCicco’s Italian Restaurant.
