Troy McKenney graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Business Administration/Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. After working in property management for a local property management company, he started with Pearson Commercial in 1987. Over his career, Mr. McKenney has been involved with a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions from leasing small spaces to selling multi-million dollar properties. This experience has positioned Mr. McKenney to have an in-depth knowledge of many aspects of commercial real estate, which has allowed him to become one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the Fresno area specializing in sales and leasing of commercial properties.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mr. McKenney understands the various aspects of managing, operating, buying, and selling commercial real estate. He has learned it takes a team of experienced professionals to successfully complete any transaction.

Troy McKenney has worked with Newmark Pearson Commercial since 1987, specializing in investments, sales and leasing throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. Mr. McKenney has successfully negotiated hundreds of sale and lease transactions. He began his commercial real estate career in property management for a local property management company, where he quickly became director of property management.

Craig joined Newmark Pearson Commercial in 2011 following a successful 20-year career in sales management with a leading financial services organization. Specializing in the sale and leasing of retail commercial real estate Craig currently represents 27 shopping centers totaling over 1.4 million square feet in Fresno, Madera, and Tulare counties. With an emphasis on relationship management and a hands-on approach, Craig represents sellers, buyers, LL’s, and tenants throughout the entire sale or lease cycle.

As a Sales Associate with Newmark Pearson Commercial’s retail division, Coryne McKenney specializes in the representation of investors, landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of retail properties. Born and raised in Clovis, Coryne is passionate about helping business owners locate properties that set them up for success in the Central Valley. Coryne’s clients benefit from her responsiveness, creativity and attention to detail.

Coryne joined Newmark Pearson Commercial as a marketing and research intern in 2016. As an intern, she focused on market research, seeking out new market opportunities, compiling comparable sales and analyzing market trends. She is mentored under Troy A. McKenney.

Prior to joining Newmark Pearson Commercial, Coryne attended SDSU on an athletic scholarship, competing in Division 1 Track & Field. While attending San Diego State, Coryne’s hard work and determination earned her a Mountain West Championship with her team, Scholar Athlete Awards and Dean’s List recognition until she graduated in 2018.

After graduation, Coryne went on to pursue graduate coursework internationally, studying economics, communication and innovation at The University of Rome.
